We’re happy to announce that Nick Abt is taking on the role of
Youth Minister, which is a new part-time staff position for us! Nick will
work primarily with our high school youth, alongside our Youth
Ministry Team (of students and adults). The rest of us will remember
that youth ministry begins much earlier, as we help build friendships
in the elementary and middle school years! And we’ll remember that
building a more vibrant youth ministry here will take time, and will
involve all of us. Nick and his wife Christy, will be a great help, but we
wisely did not put ‘miracle worker’ in his job description! Thank you for
your prayers and encouragement! Students and parents: watch for
opportunities to participate in and grow our youth group ministry!
